Our current flatmate is relocating for a new job and will be moving. We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to move into a furnished double bedroom en-suite in the lovely 2-bedroom flat from 1st October (but can move in earlier). Looking for a long term flatmate.

🏠 About the Flat:
• Fully furnished
• Shared living space
• On the top floor (best flat in the block!)

🛏 The Room:
• You will have the double bedroom en suite
• Comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc.)
• Large window and door to balcony with lots of natural light

📍 Location, Location, Location!
• Easy access to transport with short walks to Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street, and Old Street stations
• I mean, heart of Shoreditch so loads of great cafes and restaurants nearby
• London Fields and Victoria Park to get away from the city and also Regent's Canal
• Brick Lane, Broadway Markets, Columbia Road Flower Markets and Spitalfields Markets nearby

👤 About You:
Looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate (professional preferred). Chilled, clean and easy-going. Happy to be socialable but also respect and value each others environment/space!

We’re a super chilled, friendly couple. We’re clean, respectful, and really value having a calm, easy-going atmosphere at home. We get along great with our current flatmate and are looking for someone who’s the right vibe.
