Current flatmate is moving out of the country, so we are looking to find someone to replace her on the remainder of a 12-month contract. ( Sep ‘25 - Sep ‘26).
Option to renew contract next year if desired.

- Bills come to approximately £100/month (we are Council Tax Band C)
- Deposit is approx. £1000

- 2nd floor with small shared balcony
- 3 bedrooms.
- Shared kitchen, shared bathroom

- 5 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street (Overground)
- 10 minute walk to Aldgate East (District, H&C lines)
- 13 minute walk to Liverpool Street (Central, H&C, Circle, Metropolitan lines + National Rail)
