I have a lovely 2-bedroom flat available for a 5-month sublet while I’m working abroad. The landlord has asked for either one tenant, two friends, or a couple to take the whole property during this time.

Dates: May 1st - October 1st

Optional early move-in: One of the rooms may be available from March 23rd if that helps.

💰 Rent: £1900 per month, all bills included + bi-weekly cleaner

-3 mins from Brick Lane
-5 mins to Shoreditch High Street Overground
-15 mins to Bethnal Green Underground
- 20 mins to Liverpool Street

I’ve lived here for 3 years and truly love it! There’s amazing pubs, great wine bars, and an Aldi less than 12 minutes away!

A calm and cosy 2-bedroom on the 2nd floor (no lift), with:
- 1 bathroom + separate toilet
-Spacious kitchen
-Bright living/dining area

Both rooms come furnished with a comfy bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. You’re also welcome to use my bike 🚲.

This has been a real home to me, and I’ve put a lot of love into it. I’m hoping to find someone who will look after the flat, keep it clean, and make it feel like a home while I’m away. Watering the plants is a bonus!
