Single room, shoreditch park (3mins walk)

I need to end my contract sooner due to personal reasons, looking for someone to move in ideally 18-June <> 1-July period.

This is NOT a sublet, the property is managed by V&V properties, and standard process contracting holds.

Among many bad experiences in 8yrs living here, agency is great, responsive, so far any issues were fixed with maintenance person arriving within 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: base rent is £888/M, however there is an upfront payment for utilities. This is either £999 for 12M or two payments of £599. I paid 12m upfront, so real monthly cost of the room is £971.25.

Room is single, not large but well designed to maximise available space (e. g. desk is fixed to wall but foldable to increase space), on the quiet side of the building. Also have a 32cm curved samsung monitor I can leave here if the person would like.

Flatmates are very chill, 2x software engineers on top floor + architecture student who has ensuite.

All interest will then be redirected to the team at V&V, who will manage contracting processes (pls note standard min salary threshold/upfront payment/uk guarantor need hold, students ok, but do review those components as I won’t be able to advise on it)

Oh also sunlight during afternoons in room + all photos are with normal lens not 0.5 + consistent 300mpbs+ download, 25mbps+ upload internet speed
