A bit about us:
Tosca, 26 (she/her). I work for a sustainability charity which has a flexible work from home so I tend to decide on the day whether I’m going to be in the office or not.
Ioan (he/him), 23, works as a freelance theatre facilitator and in customer service. Some of my work is in Oxford so I’m often away for a night or 2 each week.


We’ve known each other for several years and both like having a social space on the house. We both enjoy cooking and would love to do more flat meals, and are both musical so there’s various instruments kicking around the house if that’s of interest! We’re very open to hosting friends/family/parters at the flat, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Ideally looking for someone about the same age as us, who’s keen to make this house a home. And please note that this is a queer friendly flat 😊

Accessibility:
There’s 2 flights of stairs up to the flat and there’s no lift. There is an intercom. This is a two-storey flat with the main bathroom on the 2nd floor. There are no adaptations.
