The room comes with a large double bed and an extra-large built-in wardrobe, leaving plenty of space to make it your own for the summer. Tenants have access to a professionally serviced shared garden.

The location is hard to beat. Hoxton station is 200m away, Shoreditch High Street is a 5-minute walk, and you’re 15 minutes on foot from Liverpool Street, Old Street, and Broadway Market. Everything you need for a great London summer is right on your doorstep.

Your flatmates are two professionals working in banking and law. Considerate, sociable, and easy to live with. We cook properly, stay active, and enjoy good company in the evenings. We’re looking for someone who wants to make the most of the summer in the city, not just somewhere to sleep.
