Room available in a 2-bedroom flat in Old Street

My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room. Start date is flexible between mid-August and mid September.
Rent is £1250 per month, plus bills.
It's a bright two-bedroom flat with great views over the city, a spacious living room, and a (small) balcony. The flat has a shared bathroom and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
There is the option of buying the furniture from the previous flatmate. At the moment there is a King size bed in the room.
The flat has great transport links:
- 6-minute walk to Old Street Station
- 11-minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Overground
- 14-minute walk to Liverpool Street Station
A bit about me: I'm a postdoc researcher in London. I speak English, Italian, and French, and I'm generally pretty easy-going.
