Room to Rent in Shoreditch Flat Share

£900 per month including all bills.

I am the current tenant and am moving out on the 1st of July, so I will be happy to show you the flat in the meantime. Earliest move-in is the 3rd of July.

The flat is in a brilliant location, a few minutes from Shoreditch high street, 10-15 minutes walk to Liverpool Street and Old Street Stations, and is. in the area around Arnold Circus which is quiet and leafy with lots of families. You have Redchurch street on your doorstep which has great cafes, restaurants, clothes shops and other trendy stuff going on. Great cinema and events space called RichMix around the corner, supermarkets and post office within a few mins walk etc. And of course Brick Lane and Spitalfields market a few minutes away too.

The flat is part of a large building turned into flats, there is a separate entrance and stairwell for each set of about 10 flats, which you need a keyfob to get into. There's a central courtyard where I don't think you're allowed to park, but you can get a permit to park in the area I believe. I don't drive so not the best person to ask but can find out if needed. You'd be crazy to own a car living here though if you ask me as the transport around london from here is amazing.

The flat is on the first floor and has an entrance hall, kitchen, seperate toilet and bathroom and four bedrooms, plus extra storage cupboards which you can use. There is no living room.

The room is a decent size, its 11ft by just under 10ft but also has an extra bit next to the window that is 40cm deep and 3ft wide (I currently have my wardrobe there). It is essentially unfurnished, but the landlord will provide a new bed if needed. The window blinds and mirror will stay, but everything else in the pics is mine so will be leaving with me.
