Double bedroom in bright house in shoreditch

Hello,

I am sadly moving out of my flat after 5 happy years ! It’s a very lovely house located less than 3 minutes from brick lane, very close to the overground station (Shoreditch high street).

I am moving out for the 1st of November but the new contract with the agency start on the 1st of December so you will have to pay the 1st month rent to me and then to the agency. They will checked your references and I need to give the name of the new tenant quite soon !

You will share the house with 3 other girls in their 30’s so I am looking for a woman of similar age to keep the balance.

The house is big and bright with an exterior ! We have :
- 2 toilets / 1 bathroom
- a big kitchen
- a bright living room
- washing machine + dryer

A cleaner comes every 2 weeks for the communal areas but we are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful !

Bills are not included so you will have to add monthly :
-100£ for gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax
-25£ for the cleaner who comes every 2 weeks
