The room is a spacious, modern double with a small balcony. The flat has a really big living room and kitchen (with a dishwasher). The property is a maisonette with the rooms located upstairs on the first floor and the kitchen and living room on the ground floor.

- Really well connected with buses
- Just a few minutes from Columbia Road Flower Market
- For shopping, Tesco and Sainsbury's are only a 4-minute walk away, Aldi in Spitalfields is about 8 minutes, and Lidl is around 10 minutes.

A bit about us:
I'm a 24-year-old working professional from Spain. The other flatmates are a 23-year-old Belgian/English/Irish girl who's also working, and a 21-year-old Spanish student. We all get on really well and like to hang out and have a chat, but we also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room. Ideally, we're looking for another girl who's friendly, social, clean and considerate.
