Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in the heart of Shoreditch. The room is available now on a temporary basis until 21 February 2027.

The Room

* The room is currently set up as my home office, so all of the furniture shown in the photos will be removed before you move in.

* Just a 5-minute walk to Shoreditch High Street station, with Liverpool Street and Old Street also within walking distance

I’m 27 and work in finance. I work from home two days a week and I’m in the office the other three.

I also have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Moose. He’s incredibly friendly, well-behaved, and loves people! On the days I’m in the office, he’s off having fun at doggy daycare, so the flat is nice and quiet during the day.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, and considerate. It would be great to find another professional who enjoys a relaxed home environment—someone who’s happy to chat over dinner or a glass of wine occasionally but also appreciates having their own space.
