Hi there, I am renting out my bright room with beautiful morning sunlight, available from September.

What's included

Gas, electricity, water, internet, and council tax. A professional cleaner for shared spaces every two weeks. All household essentials (toilet paper, cleaning products and utensils e. g, sponges) provided.

The area

2 minutes' walk to Shoreditch High Street Overground, 10 minutes to Liverpool Street. Buses 8, 55 and 205 right outside. Great gyms and boutique workout studios walking distance away. Jolene's, matcha spots, and some of the best food in East London on your doorstep....juuuust saying.

About me & what I'm looking for

I am 33, female, German and a senior brand strategist in an advertising agency. I am very tidy, sociable outside of the home but quiet and respectful of space and quiet. I do have friends who visit and they're the same. The most important thing to me is cleanliness, someone who genuinely keeps shared spaces clean, treats the kitchen with respect, and has the same standards. I am open to couples applying, rent to be increased by 400 pounds in this case.

Storage is on the smaller side, so worth bearing in mind.
