🏡 Room available in a beautiful 2-bed apartment in Shoreditch — move in early October (TBC)

Hey! I’m taking over my friend’s lease and looking for someone to join me as an equal tenant on the lease from around the first week of October (exact date to be confirmed).

The apartment is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in the heart of Shoreditch, with:

✨ Large open-plan kitchen/living room
✨ Exposed brick features
✨ Very high ceilings
✨ Shared courtyard
✨ Amazing central location

The flat is currently unfurnished, but I’ll be bringing some furniture in to make it feel like home.

📍 Location: Super central Shoreditch — close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets and excellent transport links.

💷 The current rent he pays is: £1,170/month + bills
There is a possibility my partner may move in later in the year, in which case the rent split would be revisited and your share could reduce to around £800–£900/month.

I’m looking for someone who is searching for a long-term home, not a short-term stay. Ideally someone in their 20s, working in London, who is easy-going, social and enjoys having a nice home but also going out, exploring the city and meeting people.

Someone sporty or active would be a bonus! Looking for someone friendly, respectful and happy to have a sociable flatmate 😊
