Double En suite - Large Apartment

We’ve got an incredible en-suite room up for grabs in what we think is a pretty special flat.

The Flat

We’re on the top floor of a six-storey building. The available room gets loads of natural light and has its own en-suite with shower and toilet.

Downstairs are the four bedrooms, while upstairs is where the magic happens – a huge open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, amazing views and a massive wraparound balcony.

The flat comes fully loaded with a fully equipped kitchen, huge sofa, 75-inch TV, PS5, Pioneer DJ setup, hi-fi system, beer draft machine (yes, actual pints at home) and pool table.

The Location

Couldn’t be much better. We’re 5 minutes from Whitechapel and Aldgate East stations, with Spitafields literally on the doorstep. PureGym and Tesco express are a couple of minutes away, Huge Sainsbury’s is 10 minutes, and London Fields, Hackney, Dalston and Victoria Park are all a quick Lime ride away.

The House

You’ll be living with three guys aged 28–33:

We’re an eclectic but close bunch and the flat has a genuinely social atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who wants to be more than just a person renting a room and actually become part of the house.

You

Ideally, you work a fairly regular schedule, enjoy socialising while respecting everyone’s space, are reasonably clean and want to contribute to the house.

If you’re into electronic music, pubs, bars, restaurants, comedy, films, darts, pool, the gym, festivals or the occasional spontaneous European city break, you’ll probably fit right in.

The Details

We’re looking for someone to move in around the end of August / beginning of September.
