Viewees can choose which room they prefer; the other room will then be occupied by an existing flatmate.
The smaller room is suitable for one person only and costs £550 per month including bills.
The larger furnished corner room costs £750 per month for one person or £850 per month for a couple, including bills.
The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and garden.
The new flatmate or flatmates can move in from 1 September 2026.
Viewings are available by appointment on Monday 17 August and Friday 21 August only.
