Great room, friendly house in middle of Shoreditch

Hello!

One of our flatmates is moving out so we’re looking for someone new to join us from 14th September.

We have a lovely house with a big kitchen (with dishwasher), garden and 2 bathrooms. We’re right in the middle of Shoreditch (2 mins round the corner from Brick Lane, 5-10 min walk from Shoreditch High Street station) so it’s really well-connected, easy to get everywhere, and there’s always fun stuff happening (but our little corner is nice and quiet, it’s the perfect combo).

You’d be living with 3 others - me (Sam), Max & Lamar. I’m an actor & do various other bits and bobs, Max is a visual artist & Lamar runs his own start-up. We all lead busy, independent lives but love a chat & a hang out.

The room is on the top floor with a lovely view over the back garden, & comes furnished with a bed & lots of in-built wardrobe space. Rent & deposit are £700 each. We also hire out the driveway & deduct the money from our bills so they usually come to less than £100 per month between 4.
