Hi all,

Our lovely flatmate is moving out of our home in East London so we're looking for a 3rd housemate to join me (Lara) and Violette to complement our home!

A bit about the area:

- 5 mins walk from Columbia Road Flower Market
- 7 mins walk from Bethnal Green Station
- 10-15 mins walk from Shoreditch
- 15 mins walk from Broadway Market
- 20 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market
- 20 mins walk from Victoria Park

As you can tell, the area is incredible in terms of bars, restaurants, shops, and general amenities. Not to mention how close by Victoria Park and London Fields are!

A bit about the flat and room:

The flat was refurbished with a brand new kitchen, terrace, and bathroom (see pictures) in 2022.

We've got a spacious lounge/kitchen area with an island in case you want to cook up a storm!

The flat has a large 40 sqm roof terrace, ideal for having friends over, morning coffee, late night reading, or the occasional party (the lack of neighbours helps!).

The furnished room has a wardrobe, a double bed, and a bedside table.

A bit about us:

Violette (28 - US) enjoys trying new cafes, pubs, reading, and exploring the area!

Lara (31 - Australian/UK) - I love music, the theatre, coffees with friends/family, and my weekly stroll of Broadway Market.

We're laidback, enjoy cooking (and dining out!), reading, watching movies, exploring London, going out, having a drink, and finding new spots in the city. We enjoy spending time together but also have our own friends/family in the city so we've got our life outside of the flat too.

We're looking for someone like-minded who is looking to find a home and not just a place to crash. Being tidy and clean is also a big prerequisite - we were very lucky with our previous housemates so we'd very much like this to stay the case.
