Double room in 3 bed/2 bath flat in Shoreditch

We’re looking for a friendly and respectful person to take over a double room in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. The room is available from 28th October and this will be a lease takeover. As with all tenancies under the renters’ rights law, it will be a rolling/periodic tenancy, but we’re looking for someone who would like to stay long term (at least a year).

Location
- Right outside Shoreditch High Street Station (Windrush Line); 15-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station (Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle, Central, Elizabeth, and Weaver Lines, National Rail & Stansted Express)
- Right next to Shoreditch and Brick Lane

The Room
- Double bed
- Sharing bathroom with one other flatmate (the third flatmate has an ensuite)
- Fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, and bedside table

The Flat
- Bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom in a high-rise, modern flat
- Large open-plan living room and kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine

- Private balcony
- 24/7 concierge & secure mailroom
- Gym in building

Looking For Someone Who Is
- Respectful, tidy, considerate, and friendly

- Working professional (no students)
- Looking for a peaceful home rather than a party flat
- Looking to stay long term (at least a year)

Rent, Deposit & Bills
- Rent: £1,100 per month
- Deposit: £1419.21 (paid to the outgoing tenant who you will be replacing on the lease)
- Lease takeover fee for the estate agent: £50
- Bills: Approximately £150 per month (including water, electricity, and council tax)
