Ducted heating and cooling, controlled from inside the room. There’s space for a desk with the bed against the wall, or you can rotate the bed away from the wall if you have less furniture. A desk can also go in the shared living area.

Flat:
Modern flat in Avantgarde Tower with a gym and 24/7 concierge who accept your mail and packages. Secure and quiet, facing inwards onto a shared courtyard, away from the street. The flat has a balcony, storage closet, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and built-in fridge.

Location:
In the heart of Shoreditch, just off Brick Lane. Shoreditch High Street station (Overground) is a 1 minute walk, and Liverpool Street (Central, Elizabeth, Circle, H&C, Met) is about 10 minutes. There’s a GAIL’s and a Sainsbury’s Local attached to the building, plus plenty of bars and cafes nearby including The Blues Kitchen. Aldi and Spitalfields Market are within walking distance.
