Super King Room in the Heart of Shoreditch

One month sublet in Shoreditch flat, 1st December - 1st January (flexible)
£1500 bills included, £1650 for couples. 
Going to Australia for a month so my room is available.

THE ROOM
Biggest room in the flat. It’s got a Super King bed, not one of those tiny ones. Couples are more than welcome. The room has a wardrobe and set of drawers that will be clear for you. It’s all lovely and ready to go. 

THE FLAT
It’s massive. Huge spacious living room with a 65” TV, two couches and dining tables. All well furnished and tidy. Feels like a home. A separate kitchen with everything you need. Two bathrooms so you’ll never be waiting. Good water pressure!!!! The whole place has been well kept and the housemates are clean. Heating, Wifi, washing machine and everything else is here.

THE LOCATION
Literally the heart of Shoreditch. It’s in the Arnold’s Circuit flats right behind Redchurch St. Within 2 minutes you’ve got Brick Lane, Jolene, Dishoom and a heap of other places. But it’s also in a spot where you don’t get noise - tucked away off a main road and in a square so you’re safe and quiet. 

It’s extremely well connected. Shoreditch High St is two minutes away, Old Street Liverpool Street stations are a 12 minute walk - plus heaps of buses. 

London Fields, Spitalfields market, Victoria Park and other fun places to go are walkable for exploring.

THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be living with my two housemates Josh (31) and Bryan (26). They’re both working professionals and are up for a chat but equally like their own space. They’re great.

THE RULES
Pretty simple - don’t be messy. Be respectful of the other housemates. No afters - we love fun but keep it outside the house. Preference is to have someone that’s healthy and not out on a bender six nights a week.
