En Suite in Shoreditch Now Until March

En suite available for 6 months. Maybe longer depending on my work plans.

Rent includes all bills! Note some of my things will still be stored in the room under the bed and in one closet but the rest will be empty.

Amazing 4 story house within a 5 min walk to Shoreditch High Street and 10 min walk from Old Street so perfect central spot with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarket (very practical).

Other than that house comes with everything else you might want or need. Big living room in one floor with projector for movie nights in, dinning room/kitchen.

We also have a guest WC on first floor which is great and a very lovely garden with lights.

About Us

We are looking for a non smoking Roomate.

We are pretty social and like to cook have dinner parties and have friends over for movies or drinks as well but not a party house. We are really looking for the right fit.

We are a a guy in tech and a lawyer who both WFH some days. I am an artist who is subleasing the room so the house has a certain creative vibe and decor.

We are really looking for right fit and would prefer someone who works mostly in the office but WFH days are ok.
