Myself, Jed & Faisal are looking for a flatmate to move in with us into a beautifulllll 4 bed house in East London🏡

A bit about us:

💛 Love a laugh and alwayssss up for a chat
💛 Pub trips, gyming, running, pilateing, chilling
💛 Respectful of each other and like to keep the house looking clean and tidy
💛 Looking to make the place feel homely rather than just somewhere to sleep
💛 House has already been secured, we can organise a viewing if you would like to see

The house:
✨ 4 bedrooms
✨ 4 bathrooms
✨ 2 floors
✨ Royal Wharf (STUN view of the river and a super cute area!)
✨ £950 plus bills
✨ Move in date: 20th July
✨ Closest DLR station is West Silvertown / Pontoon Dock. There is also an Uber boat pier outside the house.
✨ The house is partly furnished (comes with bed in each room, built in wardrobes, sofa) so would need to get furnishings.
✨ There is an on site gym, pool, sauna and steam room

Looking for someone fun, chill, tidy, chatty and who likes the occasional party 💃🏽 The estate agents do have affordability requirements, so will let you know this requirement if you are interested! Inclusive and LGBT friendly 🥰
