💰💷 £1275 pcm + bills approx £170 pcm (we’ve not needed to put the heating on in the winter - stays cosy without it!). Council Tax band E.

📆 Ideal move-in date: 18th July 2026 (flexible for a later takeover but must by 6th August latest).
