Freeview tv has been installed to view on a 32 inch tv screen.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
