Somerset Court has been selected as an official student accommodation for the 2027 intake, and the location is very convenient for UCL and other central London universities.

The room is an ensuite with a private bathroom, under an official Unite Students contract takeover process, so the arrangement is secure and formal.

Tenancy period
Approximately 20 May 2026 (negotiable) to 12 September 2026

One of the main advantages of this room is its excellent position within the flat. I specifically booked it early because it is located at the far end of the corridor, making it much quieter than many other rooms in the building. It is not next to the lift, not near the kitchen or common areas, and flatmates do not need to pass by the room, so it is very peaceful. The room also faces the street rather than another building directly opposite, which gives it better natural light and a more open view.
