Hey all, my flat mate is subletting her room from the 20th May - 11th September in the NW1 postcode area.
The apartment is a two bed room, 1 bathroom maisonette with a large living room and separate kitchen. The location is great with easy access to both Kings Cross St Pancreas and Euston.
Depending on the response we may be able to be flexible with dates.
Monthly Costs:
Rent: £1022
Fixed water bill: £31.10
Energy bill - every three months and varies, usually around £150 each.
WiFi: £10.40 (paid direct to me)
