Double room near Kings Cross

The room

Incredibly central and well connected location - about a 5 minute walk to St Pancras / Kings Cross and under 10 minutes to Euston. Flat is located in a quiet residential courtyard. For the price, the location is pretty amazing.

Room is a nice double with lots of natural light, looking out on a small park and outdoor gym.

Shared bathroom (bath and shower) and kitchen. There is space in the entry way for some additional storage / coats / cases etc. Plus at the moment I store my bike there. Additionally, there is locked communal bike storage.

Room furniture included: wardrobe, bed, bedside table (not pictured) and mattress. There is a desk left from a previous flatmate (see final photo) which can be reassembled if you want!).

You'd be sharing with two other flatmates: Lucy who works for Parliament and Jin who works in hospitality. I have lived here for 9 months and have really enjoyed my time. It's a great neighbourhood, so close to central and Camden, but also somehow has a small town, community feel.

Looking for someone who is easy going and friendly to live with but also is happy doing their own thing. Also, we're fairly relaxed about cleaning whilst being respectful of the shared spaces. We pay for a cleaner for the communal areas once every 2 weeks.

Bills are on top of rent, and typically come to around £150 a month. This includes wifi, energy, TV licence, cleaner (fortnightly) and council tax.

Deposit: £739

The tenancy contract was renewed in May 2026 and continues on a monthly rolling basis. The landlord is easy to contact and helpful.
