Furnished double room available in Central London

I’m moving away to start a Master’s degree, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared flat in the heart of Central London.

The room is a furnished, mid-sized double with a comfortable double bed, a dedicated workspace, and plenty of storage. In fact, it probably has the most storage space in the flat, with both a large wardrobe and a separate walk-in wardrobe by the entrance. I’ll also be leaving a number of useful essentials, including lamps, hangers, and other bits and pieces shown in the photos, so you’ll be able to move in without needing to buy the basics.

The flat is shared with three other professionals and has a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, and no living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, stove, large fridge, and other useful appliances, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The building is secure, has a lift, and is in Council Tax Band C.

The location is hard to beat: King’s Cross Station is around a 5-minute walk away, Euston is about 7 minutes away, and all Bloomsbury campuses (like UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck) is also within easy walking distance, making it ideal for both students and professionals.

One of the things I’ve appreciated most about living here has been the flatmates. They’re all working professionals who are respectful, considerate, and keep the flat clean, tidy, and quiet. At the same time, they’re genuinely friendly and always happy to stop for a chat, which has made it a really enjoyable place to live.

Rent: £960 per month + bills (approximately £100 per month).

Availability: Available immediately, priority given to those who can move in ASAP.

The subletting agreement runs until 19 November 2026. After that, you’ll have the opportunity to take over the tenancy directly with the letting agency if you’d like to stay long-term.
