Cozy double room in a professional house (3bed) available for renting beginning from Oct 15 in W3 8GQ - 2 min walk from South Acton (overground) and 10min from Chiswick Park / Acton Town St (District/Picadilly).

I am a 35 years old Brazilian/Italian living in London for 4 years now, and I am looking for a new tenant/house mate as one of my housemates is moving back to his country.

The flat is very comnfortable, bright, new, and well decorated. It is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine and dish washer). with all we need to live well. I love living here, the area is great with many facilities nearby and 3 tube stations between 2-10min walk.

I am looking for flatmates who are keen to build a friendly and trustful relationship, respecting each one space and individuality. Also, I am looking at people who can fell at home and take care of the house as theirs, exactly as I do. Women or queer people preferred, but keen to be flexible if values matach.

I am an artistic and chilled engineer working on a hybrid model for a big charity in London. I am a creative, open-minded and spiritual person. I love cooking, exercising, dancing, learning, having thoughtful conversations, making new connections. I am also gay and inclusive person.

The bedroom is a double bed, with a shared bathroom, a large windows with great view of the city that provide good natural light all day long, great ventilation, and a beautiful view of London Landscape. You will have a lot of comfort and privacy.

The apartment is a penhouse on the 8th floor) and has a large balcony with a great view of the London landscape. The living room is spacious and bright, with big windows and nice air ventilation. And of course, many plants :) There is a sofa, TV, dining table and a large futon to relax. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook.

The place is very convenient for transport:
2 min walk - South Acton Overground St
8 min walk - Chiswick Park St (District line)
10 min walk - Acton Town Sd (Piccadilly & District lines)
Many bus oprtions in a ratio of 5-10min walk.

Also, we are a 6 min walk from Chiswick Park Business Center and about 15 min walk from Chiswick bars and restaurants.

The rooms pictures are with current decor, but it will be cleaned up (walls, plants) to welcome new tenant.

It's a 3 bedroom flat. The other tenant is a very nice professional british woman/non binary (30), very easy going, cool and kind person who I love to live with.
