The room: a spacious, newly built ensuite room designed for both relaxation and productivity, alongside a comfortable ensuite bathroom.

Shared kitchen: the property includes a shared kitchen space used by up to seven people. However, during the summer period, many residents are likely to be away, meaning the kitchen often feels quieter and more spacious than you’d expect.

Prime central London location: one of this room’s biggest perks is the location. You’ll be living right in Central London, with excellent transport connections that put the whole city at your doorstep:

Just a 4-minute walk to Southwark Station (Jubilee Line).
Only a 12-minute walk to Waterloo Station, one of London’s busiest transport hubs with access to the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, and Waterloo & City Lines, plus National Rail services.
Not only that, there are several bus stops a few minutes' walking distance away, where you can take routes to various parts of London.

I am a student and have been living here for the last 2 academic years. I will be returning to live here in September, so I kindly ask anyone who stays here to maintain the room's high-quality state, to make both our experiences as good as possible :)

As this is a student accommodation, only students are able to take over the contract. The price is £299 pw, as it is in the contract. This would not be considered a sublet, but a resigning of my current contract for the summer period.
