A spacious two-bedroom flatshare in Southbank’s Whitehouse Apartments. Building amenities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, rooftop terrace and 24/7 concierge. Rent is inclusive of all utilities, including gas, electricity and water. For non-students, you should account for £100 for council tax. The building is within walking distance from Central London and right at the doorstep of LSE and King’s College London campuses, the BFI, and Royal Festival Hall, so is extremely well-positioned. I’m ideally looking for someone in their 20s, ideally a female since my current flatmate is also female and that might be more comfortable. We currently both work in the City and the flat is a perfect walk away from the office. It takes me about 30 mins to walk to Farringdon. Rent per month is £1450 per month, which considering the state of the market and the fact that all utilities and amenities are inclusive is a very honest price. My flatmate is lovely, and my main reason for moving out is that I will be traveling for three months before starting a new job. Initial deposit is £1250
