Spacious Double bed in South Ealing

We have a spacious double bedroom available in our friendly flat.

The flat is in a great location, within walking distance of both South Ealing and Ealing Broadway stations. There is a bus stop right outside, and you'll also find cafés, parks, pubs, and supermarkets just a short walk away.

We are looking for a tidy, friendly, and considerate flatmate to join our international household of working professionals. We enjoy socialising from time to time, whether that's chatting, sharing a meal, or watching TV together, while also respecting each other's privacy.

The flat has a front lawn, a small terrace off the kitchen, and a rear patio/garden where we often relax and eat together when the weather is nice. We all help maintain the outdoor space and have a simple cleaning rota to keep the flat clean and comfortable.

Rent: £780 per calendar month
Bills: Most bills are included. However, gas and electricity costs may increase depending on usage, particularly during the winter months. Any additional charges are shared equally among all housemates.

Deposit: One month's rent
Minimum stay: Preferably 6 months
