Hello! We have a great double bedroom for a couple with an en-suite in a quiet area of South Ealing, just minutes' walk away from the tube.
The room comes unfurnished (though the couple moving out may have some left over). All bills come to approx. £90 per month (inc Council Tax - We're Band E), with a couple of others paid annually (e. g. TV license). The house contract is one year - but anyone has the option to leave so long as they find a replacement.
We live in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and living room, a nice garden, and driveway. Permit parking is also available with plenty of space.
We are all working professionals and a sociable bunch. We are looking for someone clean and tidy, sociable but also like their own space.
