Hey there! We’re Lea & Virginia, both in our early 30s.

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us from mid August (or mid September).

The house is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to South Ealing station (Piccadilly line) and a 15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (District, Central, and Elizabeth lines).

Here’s what you’ll love about our home:

-Double Bedroom: Available unfurnished with built-in wardrobes
- Spacious Living Room: Cozy and fully furnished, perfect for relaxing.
- Large Kitchen: Equipped with a kitchen table, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine and a new fridge.
- Bathroom: 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet and bath/shower.
- Parking: Resident parking permit available through the council.

The rent is £875/month, with bills around £110- 130 extra.

A bit about us: Lea is a pub manager in central so out of the house quite a lot and I work in supply chain in a hybrid role. We both enjoy a friendly and sociable atmosphere. We’re looking for a professional who’s happy to have a chat while cooking or watching TV together but also respects our privacy.

Cleanliness is important to us, so we’d love to have someone considerate who helps keep our shared spaces tidy. We do weekly cleaning together to make sure the flat stays pleasant for everyone.
