Spacious double bedroom in Ealing

Looking for someone to sublet my room for the months of July and August.

Spacious room in friendly, all-girl household. Ample wardrobe space and desk provided. It is a friendly household, but all also appreciate their own space and downtime. One of my housemate’s partners stays over 2-3 nights a week, he is super polite and a sweetheart.

West-facing room, so plenty of sunlight in the evening, and closest to the upstairs bathroom. Large garden, perfect for summer! Windows in bedroom are double-glazed to keep the cool in during the summer months.

One of my housemates has a friendly black cat, so must be okay with pets!

Rent is 1000 pounds per month - this includes all bills such as water, internet, electricity and council tax.

Available from mid-June, but flexible on move-in dates. Lease ends August 31 and the landlord is not renewing the lease, so this is a hard move-out date.
