Hello hello! 🩵 Our flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for a new girl to join in🎀

💕We are 3 girls aged 24, 27 and 31 and we are looking for someone around the same age. We all work out from the house.

MOVE IN DATE: 1st August

CONTRACT LENGTH: minimum 1 year

ANIMALS: there is a cat in the house named Mew🐾

RENT+BILLS: rent 667£ + 120/150£ bills (depending on season)

ABOUT THE HOUSE: 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 1 office room, kitchen+ dining table, huge shared garden, free parking

ABOUT THE ROOM: double bed and furniture, very cute room on the first floor

LOCATION: we are 12/15 mins away from South Ealing station and 5 minutes away from the bus stop

AREA: extremely quiet and safe, with families and young people around

We are looking for a clean, organized, attentive and fun girl. We enjoy spending some times together in the kitchen and talk about our days while also respecting each other’s spaces and down times.

You would need to pass referencing with the agency and/or have a guarantor if needed.
