Lovely, spacious and fully furnished maisonette near Victoria Park Village, one minute from Well Street Common and five minutes from Victoria Park. Set over two floors, with two bathrooms, shared living space and a furnished double bedroom with wardrobes and desk.

I work in advertising and live with Sonny, my whippet, who's a pretty good housemate!
Looking for a relaxed, sociable set-up with someone interesting and a positive outlook. Happy doing our own thing, but also having a chat, drink or dinner now and again. Bonus points if you enjoy hanging out with Sonny!

I normally work from home a couple of days a week, setting up a workstation at the downstairs dining table.

Open to different arrangements, including a weekday London base.

£1,100 rent + £150 bills (including Wi-Fi) — £1,250 total per month.
