Summer sublet in London Fields, en-suite

Hello!

I'm subletting my spacious double, en-suite bedroom from 29 July until 10 September. I’ve already booked my flights for these dates but some flexibility could be considered.

You'll be sharing with a 27 year old Turkish girl who works from the office 5 times a week.

Rent is £1,385 per month including all bills and the deposit is £461 (a third of one month's rent).

The flat
2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, beautiful flat with high ceilings and big windows, in a great location: in between London Fields and Victoria Park. Very close to Broadway Market and Regent's Canal. London Fields, Cambridge Heath, Bethnal Green, and Hackney Central stations are all within walking distance.

The room
Very spacious en-suite room with high ceilings and two big, south-facing windows. There is a comfortable WFH setup instead of the two armchairs you can see in the picture – the video is more up to date.

You
You are hopefully a professional who is clean, respectful and will take good care of my room.
