Hello!

We are looking for someone to fill a room in a lovely 3 bed flat near Victoria Park Village as I am sadly moving out to buy a flat, after 5 wonderful years living here.

The room!
(Available around September 19th)
The room available is a light, large attic room with plenty of space to make your own. Comes unfurnished (but can leave King bed frame and wardrobe) The room fits a double or king size bed and a desk with lots of space for storage. It sits on the top floor of flat opposite Anna's room with small toilet next door.

The rest of the house!
It is a maisonette flat split over the 1st & Second floors of a victorian house. There are two toilets but the main bathroom has a large walk in shower that is extremely light. The kitchen is lovely & light and is plenty big enough for 3. The living room is also a great size and great for hanging out together.

The Location.
The highlight of this flat is its location, it’s a stones throw from victoria park village, the park itself, and well street. It’s a thriving area but quieter and more villagey than other areas in hackney. Lots of great pubs, cafes and restaurants around, and also very close to a big tesco which is practically unheard of in east. It’s also only a ten minute walk from London fields / broadway market. In terms of transport, there’s lots of handy buses that can take you into town and beyond, but is also only a 10 minute walk from homerton / london fields overground and 15 mins from Hackney Central.

The Vibe & Housemates
We are a lovely chilled social flat. I am 29 and work as a photographer / photography producer for Save the Children, and Anni 31 working as a producer for an advertising agency. We are looking for someone who fits the vibe we currently have. We all really get along, super respectful and chilled. We have really made the flat a home and safe haven and want someone to fit that vibe! We enjoy spending time as housemates, but have our own things going on (classic spare room vibe) All consider each other friends even though we all met through Spareroom!
