The flat is just 2 minutes from Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee Line) and 5 minutes from Finchley Road Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Line). South Hampstead overground station is 100 meters far away.

There's a Tesco Express just downstairs. Big Waitrose, huge Sainsbury, 5/10 minutes walking.

Bills (NOT INCLUDED) are around 130£ per month per person, including gas/electricity, water, council tax and internet.
The security deposit is 850£ with a very efficient agency leading the reference check process.

Current flatmate: I'm a professional and easygoing person in London for years, working in architecture usually 9 am-7 pm during the week (most days in the office).
