There's a Tesco Express just downstairs. Big Waitrose, huge Sainsbury, and Homebase are 5/10 minutes walking.

Bills (NOT INCLUDED) are around 120£ per month per person.

Current flatmate: I'm a professional and easygoing person in London for years, working in architecture usually 9 am-7 pm during the week (still working from home at the moment but soon back in the office).
