Large double room with private bathroom

We have a large double room available in a two bedroom third/fourth floor flat in a Victorian Terrace house. It is an 8 minute walk from Swiss Cottage, a 6 minute walk from South Hampstead Underground and a 10 minute walk from Finchley Road Station.

The room has built in wardrobes, two large sash windows with a view of greenery and gardens and plenty of space to fit a WFH desk or couch.

The room comes with a bed, bed side table and a chest of drawers but can be flexible on that if necessary.

You’d be sharing with a couple in their late 20s. I (Amber) am a lawyer working hybrid from home and in the city. I enjoy pilates, hiking, reading, gaming and a good glass of wine and a chat. Rafe is a fashion designer who works full time in the city. He enjoys the gym, cycling, drawing and music. Both of us are really tidy and keep the house nice and clean and we’d need someone who also kept the space in a clean and tidy condition. Neither of us host huge parties but we do like to occasionally have friends around for dinner parties or games evenings - you’d be more than welcome to join or equally happy if you just wanted to chill in your own space. We would like someone who is friendly and up for some chatting over a glass of wine or a trip to the pub but also happy with their own company.

Room is available from mid December but that can be slightly flexible.
