Large double room with private bathroom

I have a large double room available in a two bedroom third/fourth floor flat in a Victorian Terrace house. It is an 8 minute walk from Swiss Cottage, a 6 minute walk from South Hampstead Underground and a 10 minute walk from Finchley Road Station.

The room has built in wardrobes, two large sash windows with a view of greenery and gardens and plenty of space to fit a WFH desk or couch.

The room comes with a bed, bed side table and a chest of drawers but can be flexible on that if necessary.

You’d be sharing with just me. I am a lawyer working hybrid from home and in the city. I enjoy pilates, hiking, reading, the gym and a good glass of wine and a yap. My partner lives in Paris for work so is here occasionally on the weekends and I am sometimes in France, so you will have the flat to yourself over the weekend every now and again.

I am really tidy and keep the house nice and clean and I would love someone who also kept the space in a clean and tidy condition. I don’t host huge parties but I do like to occasionally have friends around for dinner parties or drinks - you’d be more than welcome to join or equally happy if you just wanted to chill in your own space.

It would be great to find someone who is friendly and up for some yapping over a glass of wine or a trip to the pub or gym, but also happy with their own company.

Room is available from 13 June but that can be slightly flexible.
