Hi, I'm looking for a housemate to take over my room in 2 bed room flat on the 2nd floor.

The room is very spacious with lots of natural light and is available from 5th June.

It comes with a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a mirror, drawers, bedside table, and two built-in bookshelves. Please note that the desk and chair belong to me, so I’ll be taking those when I move out. The room is large enough to comfortably work from home.

The room also has its own private bathroom, which is very spacious and has extra room for storage.

The flat has a shared kitchen and living area.

Rent is £1180 pcm excluding bills. Bills are usually around:

- Summer: approx. £50
- Winter: approx. £80–100 depending on heating usage
- Council tax: approx. £110

South Hampstead
West Hampstead
Swiss Cottage
Finchley Road stations

You’ll have access to the Jubilee line, Overground, Metropolitan line, and National Rail, making it very easy to get into central London. There are also great bus connections nearby.

🛒🍽️The area is very convenient:

Near Finchley Road station there is a large Waitrose, Korean & Japanese grocery shops, a small M&S, and PureGym.

West Hampstead has another M&S, lovely local restaurants, cafés, and independent shops.

South Hampstead has a Tesco nearby and some nice Italian restaurants.

The street itself is in a quiet residential area and feels very safe, even at night.

You’ll be living with a friendly female flatmate in her 50s. She mostly works from home and usually goes into the office 1–2 times a week.
