Our lovely flatmate is moving out, which means we’ll soon have a spare room available in our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment in the highly sought-after area of South Hampstead.

There are actually two room options available, so prospective flatmates can choose between:

• The larger double room currently occupied by our departing flatmate
• The smallest (and most affordable) room in the flat which one of the remaining flatmates uses but is happy to switch

The apartment is split across two floors and features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with bi-folding doors opening onto a private balcony.

The available rooms share a clean and well-maintained bathroom with just one other person, and the flat also benefits from a weekly cleaner.

You’ll be living with two friendly and professional girls in their 30s:

• Ellie, who works in recruitment within the insurance industry
• Fran, who works in renewables

We’re both laid-back and sociable, and occasionally enjoy watching a show together or sharing a glass of wine, while also respecting everyone’s personal space and independence.

Location highlights:

• Walking distance to both South Hampstead and Finchley & Frognal Overground stations

• The flat was originally unfurnished, so the tenant moving out is asking the incoming tenant to contribute £175 towards the existing lounge and kitchen furniture/equipment

• The larger bedroom includes a wardrobe provided by the landlord. Furniture package is available for (£200), including an ottoman bed and mattress, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and ottoman.
• Furniture for the smaller room is available for £175. For bed, wardrobe, desk & mirror.
