A cosy double room is available on the top floor of a quiet and friendly home in South Hampstead. It’s ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable space to call home. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and bookcase. If you need extra storage, there’s a built-in cupboard in the hallway that can be just for you.

The room faces west, so it gets lovely afternoon sunlight and offers a quiet view over a residential street.

The flat includes:

- A spacious shared living room that’s great for relaxing or working from home

If you work remotely, you’re welcome to use the living room during the day, the other flatmates all have workspaces in their own rooms, so you'll usually have the space to yourself.

You’ll be living with three friendly professionals who enjoy their own space but are always up for a chat or shared meal now and then. Sometimes we go get brunch or check out the nearest farmers' market. A professional cleaner comes every two weeks to help keep the place tidy.

Bills come to around £150–200 per month, which includes:
Council tax, Water, Electricity & gas, High-speed internet, and Fortnightly cleaner.

The location is excellent:

- 5–10 minutes’ walk to South Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, and
Finchley Road stations

- 15 minutes to West Hampstead Thameslink

- Multiple bus routes nearby

There’s a large Waitrose and a small Tesco just 5 minutes away and a Sainsbury’s about 10 minutes away, plus plenty of great cafés and restaurants in the area. There is a delicious Japanese and Korean store down the street as well.
