THE AREA
Quiet, green, tree lined conservation area. Finchley Road (Jubilee and Metropolitan) and West Hampstead (Jubilee, Overground and Thameslink) both a short walk, plus plenty of buses. Easy walk to West End Lane for shops, cafes and restaurants.

ABOUT ME
I'm Josh (they/them) and I work in corporate HR. Most evenings I'm on the sofa working through a new show, or out for theatre or drag. Love board games and D&D. Happy to be friends as flatmates, or as low key as suits you.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
Someone professional, tidy and easy to live with. LGBTQ+ friendly household. No couples, as HMO restrictions mean the flat can only be let to two people.

BILLS AND PRACTICALITIES
Rent is £1,475 pcm plus bills. Bills work out at around £275 a month each, covering council tax, energy, water and broadband. Council tax is Camden Band F. Deposit is one month's rent.
