There is a garden at the back of the property which is only used by you and the other person you will be sharing a kitchen with.

The living room furnishings shown in the photo do NOT include the sofa or the TV stand; however, you have the option to purchase them and keep them in the apartment (for £50 and £500, respectively). Both the sofa and the bed are brand new - purchased just this past January.
Otherwise, a different sofa, a table, and two chairs will be provided.

Definitely would recommend coming to view the property as it is a unique set up but a very good price for this area of London.

The other housemate keeps themselves to themselves, not a social flat at all as you have your own living area. Kitchen is relatively small so wouldn’t be ideal for someone who likes to cook a lot.
There is a lots of storage space - a very spacious wardrobe, lots of shelves on the walls, a mezzanine where you can store bulky items.

• The Layout & Climate:
The rooms are north-facing and located on the ground floor. Because of this, it gets a bit chilly during the winter.
Each room is equipped with a portable electric heater to keep it comfortable.
Standard utility bills are fully included in the rent, but there is a kindly reuest for mindful heater usage.

• The Kitchen:
The kitchen and the fridge are very tiny, with limited space for storing kitchen appliances and food supplies.
Therefore, this space is not suitable for someone who wants to cook daily meals. It is perfect for someone who prefers eating out, ordering takeaways, or preparing only quick, simple snacks.

• Strictly non-smokers only (including the garden area)
• Long-term stay, a minimum 1 year preferred
