The Space
The flat is divided into two separate, independent living areas, connected only by a shared hallway and a kitchen. There are no other common areas, ensuring high privacy – we might only pass each other occasionally and not meet for weeks.

Your space includes:
• A private, independent entrance
• A lounge and a bedroom (the bedroom overlooks the garden)
• A separate private toilet and shower
• Access to the garden, shared only by the two of us

* The furniture and TV shown in the lounge photo are NOT stay. A different sofa will be provided, and table.

The Location
The flat is located on the ground floor of a beautiful Victorian building in a quiet, charming neighbourhood of South Hampstead. Everything you need is within walking distance: shops, supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Aldi), restaurants, cafes, sports centre, and cinema.

To make sure this place is the right fit for you, please note a few specific details about the flat:

• The Layout & Climate:
The rooms are north-facing and located on the ground floor. Because of this, it gets a bit chilly during the winter.
Each room is equipped with a portable electric heater to keep it comfortable.
Standard utility bills are fully included in the rent, but there is a kindly request for mindful heater usage.
As a result, it is definitely not a place for someone who likes to keep their space very warm.

• The Kitchen:
The kitchen and the fridge are very tiny, with limited space for storing kitchen appliances and food supplies.
Therefore, this is not a suitable option for someone who cooks.

• The L•unge:
The furniture and TV shown in the lounge photo are NOT stay; a different sofa will be provided, and table.

• Please note that this place is not suitable for remote workers

• Strictly non-smokers only (including the garden area)

• Long-term, a minimum 1 year preferred
