The Setup

Set within a Victorian building converted to a high spec, the flat boasts impressive high ceilings in the main living areas. The raised ground floor comprises a large designer-style open plan reception, dining room, and kitchen. The space is fully furnished and flooded with natural light from the front facing windows. The modern kitchen is fully integrated with high end appliances and comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils ready for you to use. It flows seamlessly into a comfortable lounge and dining area.

As a massive bonus, the property includes access to a very large, south facing communal garden. It features a BBQ setup, making it perfect for summer evenings. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Bills & Cleaning Included
All bills are fully included in the rent. This also includes a regular cleaner who visits fortnightly to ensure the flat is kept to a high standard.

I am looking for a responsible, clean, and independent working professional (strictly no students). Because you will have the run of the place for most of the month, I am looking for someone who will truly treat the flat as their own home and take excellent care of it.
When we do cross paths, I am easygoing and happy to catch up, but I also completely respect people's privacy and independence.

• Couples welcome, but price to be adjusted accordingly given increased bills
• Guests or parties require prior permission and must not cause a nuisance to neighbours
• No smoking inside the property (vaping OK)
• The furniture, fixtures, and the rest of the home must be treated with care
• Council tax band E (Camden)
