Modern, cosy, clean and tidy flat in safe and excellent location close to all transport links, supermarkets, gyms, bars, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, sport centres, banks, dry cleaners and other high street shops. Primrose Hill, Regents Park, Hampstead Heath, Camden Town and other interesting areas are within walking distance or a short bus ride away.

There is a small well maintained private garden at the back of the flat where you can relax in the summer. There is also a storeroom at the entrance where you can store your bike if you have one.

The double bedroom comes with a TV, DVD player, chest of drawers, bed with side storage, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves, full-sized mirror.

The flat is:
5 mins walk from Swiss Cottage underground and high street shops.
7 mins walk from Finchley Road station.
1 min walk from South Hampstead station.
(It will take 10 mins by tube from Swiss Cottage to Central London.)

It will suit friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person who enjoys a relaxing night in after a hard day's work (sadly, wild parties are not high on the agenda 😀). Whilst I respect everyone's need for privacy and quiet time, I am open minded and happy to share a drink or a meal occasionally.

Monthly contributions for cleaning and common household items:

1) £30 each person per month - for cleaner's visit twice a month (2 hours per visit).
2) £10 petty cash for common household items like hand-wash liquid, toilet tissues etc.
