Weekday housemate wanted for this centrally located, large luxurious happy beautiful and bright ground floor apartment in a Victorian high ceilinged house:- it is opulent, arty and perfectly maintained (with housekeeping, cleaning and laundry facilities if required).

The large bedroom is french antique- themed, light and art-filled with coffee/tea/microwave facilities if needed and bleached wooden floor.. There is also space for relaxing and working with fitted desk and wardrobes, masses of storage and a seating area. It has an ensuite bathroom (there are two other bathrooms in the house) The whole flat is large, sumptuous and stylishly decorated. The, pristine modern kitchen/dining area leads onto a beautifully kept 80’ garden and patio. There is also space in the forecourt for off street parking .

We are 2 professionals living and working in London. We are looking for someone professional who enjoys comfort, wants an easy and relaxed weekday life and needs a central location during the week, someone friendly and "simpatico".

We are in the centre of supremely convenient South Hampstead, at a quiet residential street, just 2 mins off Abbey Road NW8 and within 10 minutes walk from tubes:- Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road, West Hampstead and Kilburn Park and all the buses down Abbey road, Edgeware Raod and Finchley Road. Also within 10 mins from overground stations:- South Hampstead, West Hampstead, Finchley Road and Frognal and Kilburn High Road. Also within strolling distance from all the cinemas, theatres, restaurants, bars and amenities of Primrose Hill, St John’s Wood, Maida Vale and Hampstead village.

Local library/gyms and swimming pools are at Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage, shopping facilities nearby on Finchley Road and Kilburn High Road, as well as a few local shops and dry cleaners etc at the top of our road.
